. F. Metropolitan Systems 1. Sanitary Sewer The trail corridor is located in the North Suburban Sanitary District of the Metropolitan Council Environmental Services service area. Sewage from Mounds View and New Brighton discharges into a MCES Interceptor (#4-NS-524) which runs west to east and passes through a 24-inch diameter force main under County Road H along the northern edge of the New Brighton/Mounds View segment. Sewage from Circle Pines, Lexington and Shoreview discharges into a MCES Interceptor (#4-NS-523) which runs northeast to southwest passing through a 60- inch diameter pipe through the Shoreview segment on the north side of Rice Creek. 2. Public Transit Sections of the corridor are located adjacent to established stops of two Metropolitan Council Transit Operations express bus routes (35N and 38) and one North Suburban Lines local bus route (Lexington). a. Metropolitan Council Transit Operations Routes . 1.) Route 35N, which provides express bus service between the Northtown Shopping Center in Blaine, Mounds View, New Brighton, Arden Hills and downtown St. Paul has a stop at a "park and ride" lot at County Road H and U.S. Highway 10, midway between fhe Arden Hills and New Brighton/Mounds View segments and a "park and ride" lot at the Mermaid Supper Club immediately north of the New Brighton/Mounds View segment. 2.) Route 38, which provides express bus service between the Minnesota Correction Facility in Lino Lakes, Circle Pines, Lexington, Blaine, Shoreview, Mounds View, New Brighton, Arden Hills and downtown Minneapolis, has a stop at a "park and ride" lot at County Road H and U.S. Highway 10, midway between the Arden Hills and New Brighton/Mounds View segments. b. North Suburban Line Routes Lexington Route, which provides local bus service between Circle Pines, Shoreview, Arden Hills, Roseville, Little Canada, Maplewood . and downtown St. Paul, has its terminus at the intersection of II 1-10 --
