In the event Tenant's transmission operations interfere <br /> with any type of electronic reception or transmission <br /> of other prior users of the property, Tenant agrees to <br /> remedy such interference in accordance with applicable <br /> regulations and standards of the FCC. Tenant "Jarrants <br /> that it shall maintain all of its Antenna FaciE ties in <br /> full compliance with all applicable regulations of the <br /> FCC. <br /> c. Landlord will not grant a lease to any party for use of <br /> the Property, if such use would cause measurable <br /> interference with Tenant's operation of the System, <br /> Any future lease of the Property which permits the <br /> installation of communication equipment shall be <br /> conditioned upon not causing measurable interference <br /> with Tenant's operation of its communications site. <br /> Without limiting any other remedy in law or equity, <br /> Tenant shall have the right to terminate this Lease <br /> upon thirty (30 ) days' written notice in the event its <br /> reception or transmission is interfered with by other <br />. antenna equipment, or obstacles are constructed or <br /> operated in Tenant's reception or transmission paths. <br />8. Title To and Removal of Tenant's Equipment. Title to <br /> Tenant's equipment, and all improvements installed at and <br /> affixed to the Leased Premises or Property by Tenant shall <br /> be and shall remain the property of Tenant. Landlord hereby <br /> waives any lien rights it may have or acquire with respect <br /> to such property and shall promptly execute any document, <br /> required by any supplier, lessor, or lender of such property <br /> which waives any lien rights it may have or acquire with <br /> respect thereto. Tenant may, at any time, including any <br /> time it vacates the Leased Premises, remove Tenant's <br /> improvements, equipment, fixtures, and all of Tenant's <br /> personal property from the Leased Premises, but Tenant shall <br /> not be required to remove any structural improvements to the <br /> Water Tower required for the support of' Tenant's equipment, <br /> nor any underground cable or conduit. Upon termination of <br /> this lease, Tenant shall transfer ownership of the Equipment <br /> Building to Landlord. <br />. 7 <br /> . <br /> ----.- <br />
