Approval of Minutes <br /> The City Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the September 28, 1998 Regular <br /> Council Meeting. <br /> 2. Consent Calendar <br /> . a. Claims and Payroll <br /> The City Council is asked to approve vendor claims in the amount of <br /> $102,197.21, and payroll for the period most recently ended. The Council should <br /> note payment to BR W, Inc. in the amount of $56,344.76 for professional <br /> engineering services. <br /> b. Res. #98-61, Authorizine Application for Recyclin!'; Grant Funds for 1999 <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #98-61, authorizing application for <br /> recycling grant funds for 1999. This authorizes the submission of a 1999 Score <br /> Grant application in the amount of519,490, which is used to partially finance the <br /> City recycling program. <br /> c. Authorize Purchase, Generator <br /> The City Council is asked to accept the Ziegler Power Systems proposal to furnish <br /> the City of Arden Hills one (1) new trailer-mounted 100 kW emergency generator <br /> set as specified at a cost of$28,230, plus sales tax of$I,834.95 for a total of <br /> $30,064.95. <br /> d. Res. #98-62, Schedule Special Meetine <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #98-62, designating election results <br /> canvassing meeting.
