Unfinished and New Business <br /> a. 1 J69 Forest I ,ane, Code Enforcement Update <br /> The City has received bids for demolition of 1369 Forest Lane. The City Council <br /> is asked to provide direction on the demolition ofthe home. <br /> b. Res. #9R-6J, Receivine Preliminary Report, 1999 Street Improvement <br /> Project (West Round Lake Road) <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #98-63, receiving preliminary <br /> report in the matter of the 1999 Street Improvement Project (West Round Lake <br /> Road). The adoption of this resolution would also schedule a public hearing for <br /> the improvement on November 9, 1998. The Council is also asked to select a <br /> specific design for the project, and to not combine this project with the West <br /> Round Lake Road intersection project. <br /> c. Pay Estimate #6, I,ametti & Sons Construction <br /> The City Council is asked to approve Pay Estimate #6 to Lametti & Sons <br /> Construction in the amount of$130,095.64, for completion of work related to the <br /> construction of Gateway Boulevard. <br /> d. Chanee Order #1, 199R Street Reconstruction . <br /> The City Council is asked to approve Change Order #1 for the 1998 Street <br /> Improvement Project increasing the contract by $10,602.70. This Change Order <br /> relates to additional work required on Sandeen Road. <br /> e. Authorization to Advertise for Bids, Lift Station #3 <br /> The City Council is asked to authorize the City Engineer to seek bids for the <br /> upgrade of lift station #3 at an estimated cost of $60,000. The intent is to convert <br /> the station to a submersible pump system. <br /> f. Pay Estimate #1, 199R Sanitary Sewer Rehahilitation Project <br /> The City Council is asked to approve Pay Estimate #1 for Infrastructure <br /> Technologies, Inc. in the amount of $62,373.01 <br /> g. New City Hall Desien Services and Fees <br /> The City Council is asked to approve the adjustment in the design fee for <br /> architectural services to $162,500, and direct the Administrator to prepare and <br /> execute the necessary amendments to the contract with Architectural Alliance. <br /> - <br />
