Storm sewer trunk lines will connect to an existing 36 inch diameter stub located <br /> at Gateway Boulevard. Storm water quality ponding will be provided by the existing pond <br /> located south of the Minnesota Commercial railroad tracks and the proposed pond to be <br /> constructed in the southeast quadrant of the Indykiewicz property as a part of phase one of <br /> the West Round Lake Road reconstruction.
