<br /> I <br /> I. FUNDING <br /> I Based upon discussions with City staff, the capital cost for either Alternative B or C would be <br /> funded with the City Sanitary Sewer Utility Fund. No assessments would be anticipated for <br /> I Gateway Business District properties or the Arden Manor Mobile Home Park for the project. <br /> The Sanitary Sewer Utility Fund currently has sufficient resources to fund the project. <br /> , Although the alignment for the proposed reconstruction of Highway 96 in the vicinity of Lift <br /> Station #11 has not been finalized, some preliminary alignments would require the relocation of <br /> Lift Station #11. If the Highway 96 reconstruction project would require the relocation of Lift <br /> I Station # 11, it is anticipated that Ramsey County would provide the necessary funding for that <br /> work. Based upon current estimates, the cost of relocating Lift Station # 11 would be <br /> approximately $60,000.00.
