Approval of Minutes <br /> The Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the February 9,1998 Regular Council <br /> Meeting, the February 17, 1998 Special Council Meeting, and the February 17, 1998 <br /> Council Worksession. <br />. 2. Consent Calendar <br /> a. Claims and Payroll <br /> The Council is asked to approve claims in the amount of$116,649.94, and payroll <br /> for the period most recently ended. The Council should note payment to Boyer <br /> Ford Trucks in the amount of$52,970.00 for purchase of the 1998 Ford cab and <br /> chassis; and to Architectural Alliance in the amount of $1 0,792.87 for most recent <br /> City Hall design service fee invoice. <br /> b. Res. #98-24. Resolution of Support. Tony Schmidt Park <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #98-24, Supporting the Future <br /> Funding for the Redevelopment of Ramsey County's Tony Schmidt Lake Johanna <br /> Park. This resolution was prepared at the request of the City Council to be used <br /> as encouragement for Ramsey County to fund the project. <br /> c. Res. #98-25. Accepting Water Easement. 3210/3220 Hamline Avenue <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #98-25, Accepting A Water Line <br /> Easement at 3210 and 3220 Hamline Avenue. The homeowners at these <br /> properties have a water easement located in their yard that they are requesting the <br /> city to accept. This issue has been reviewed by Attorney Filla, and is apparently a <br /> result of some actions taken by the City of Arden Hills a number of years ago. <br />. <br /> ---- --- <br />
