CITY ADMINISTRATOR SALARY <br /> Councilmember Malone proposed that the Council take this opportunity to make an <br /> adjustment to the City Administrator's salary. Coucilmember Malone cited Mr. <br /> Fritsinger's high and consistent performance as evidenced in the review recently <br /> completed by the City Council, and in accordance with Mr. Fritsinger's January 30, 1998 <br /> anniversary date. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Malone moved and Councilmember Hicks seconded a motion to <br /> increase City Administrator Fritsinger' s annual salary to reflect 100% of the <br /> Salary Range as addressed in the City's 1998 Salary Step Plan, effective January <br /> 30, 1998.
