<br />-----.--.- <br /> ~ ~. <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY . <br /> ClTY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RESOLUTION 98-25 <br />A RESOLUTIOl" ACCEPTIl"G A WATER LIL"E EASEMENT AT 3210 AL"D 3220 <br /> HA:\ILIL"E A VEL"UE. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills Water Maintenance Department must have access to all <br />City water lines; and <br />WHEREAS, that propeny at 3210 and 3220 Hamline Avenue has a one (1) inch City water <br />service line, and valves constructed on that property; and <br />\VHEREAS, the property owners at 321O and 3220 Hamline Avenue in the City of Arden Hills <br />have offered easements to the City on a portion of their property. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, NIN <br />that: <br />1. The City Council of the City of Arden Hills accepts the water line easement drafted by <br /> City Attorney, Jerome P. Filla . <br />2. The Mayor and City Administrator will execute the necessary documents required to <br /> con vey this easement. <br />3. The City Attorney will then have those documents recorded with the Ramsey County <br /> Attorney. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 23RD DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1998. <br /> DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> - <br />ATTEST: <br />BRIAN FRITSINGER, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> . <br />
