March 16, 1998, Council Worksession - Council conducts internal review of proposed <br /> assessment roll. <br /> March 30, 1998, Council Meeting! Assessment Hearing <br /> April 27, 1998, Council Meeting - Council accepts bid and awards contract <br /> The next step in this process would be to order an Assessment Hearing in the matter of the 1998 <br /> Street Improvements. <br /> Recommendation <br /> The City of Arden Hills Public Works Director recommends Council consider and approve <br /> Resolution #98-28, Ordering an Assessment Hearing in the matter of the 1998 Street <br /> Improvements. <br /> DS~t . <br />. <br />
