<br />-------- <br /> STATE OF MI:'I':"iESOTA <br /> COU:'I'TY OF Rc\MSEY <br /> ClTY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RESOLUTION 98-27 . <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 1998 STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br /> ASSESSMENT R.A TES. <br />WHEREAS, upon completion of a preliminary report, the City of luden Hills ordered the <br />making if the 1998 Street Improvements; and <br />WHEREAS. the City of Arden Hills allthorized the preparation of detailed plans and <br />specifications addressing the necessary requirements of the 1998 Street Improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has detem1ined that the 1998 Street Improvements will consist of <br />two distinct levels of street repair; and <br />WHEREAS, those levels will be total street reconstruction, and bitLlminous overlay. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL VED by the City Council for the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br />1. The residential property assessment rate for complete street reconstmction, including <br /> pavement removal, subgrade correction, grading, compaction, concrete curb and gutter <br /> construction, paving, and restoration shall be established at 548.85 per assessable foot of <br /> frontage, as per the City's assessment policy. . <br />2.
