<br /> I <br /> Highway 96 Residential: This group of properties includes all city residents living either <br /> on Highway 96 or between Highway 96 and Interstate 694. This group of residents <br /> generally achieves access to major regional roadways by utilizing common routes and <br /> therefore is considered as a single interest group for the purposes of this study. The <br /> access to and from the north and northwest for this group is generally from Highway 96 <br /> I to Highway 10. Access to the south is either via Hamline A venue/Highway 5 I or <br /> Highway 96 to Interstate 35W, <br /> I Long Lake Regional Park: This park is located in New Brighton just west of the study <br /> area. Access to the park is via Highway 96 to Old Highway 8 in New Brighton. A goal <br /> I of the Arden Hills Park and Recreation Department is to provide a safe, direct <br /> pedestrianlbicycle access to Long Lake Regional Park for citizens of Arden Hills. <br /> Currently, the park is not accessible by trail. <br /> I Mounds View High School: This school is located along County Road F west of Old <br /> Highway 10. A major access route to the school from the Highway 96 Residential <br /> I Neighborhood includes Old Highway 10 and Highway 96. <br /> Bethel College: This college is located between Highway 51 and Old Highway 10.
