Public Hearing. 1998 Street Improvement Project <br /> a. Res. #98-33. ModifYinl! Rates <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #98-33, Revising the 1998 Street <br /> Improvement Assessment Rates. The City Council may elect to adopt this <br /> . resolution, should it revise the rate per front foot to be assessed as part of the 1998 <br /> Street Improvement project. The resolution also includes the rates to be assessed <br /> for exempt property. <br /> b. Res. #98-34, Ado\)ting Assessment Roll. Overlay <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #98-34, Adopting the Final <br /> Bituminous Overlay Assessment RoB, Five Year Amortization. This resolution <br /> sets the assessments for those property owners who are to be assessed over a five <br /> (5) year period for overlay work as part ofthe 1998 Street Improvement project. <br /> c. Res. #98-35. Adonting Assessment Roll. Five Years <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #98-35, Adopting Final <br /> Reconstruction Assessment Roll, Five Year Amortization. This roll is specific to <br /> those property owners being assessed less than $3,500 for five (5) years. <br /> d. Res. #98-36. Adopting' Assessment Roll. Eight Years <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #98-36, Adopting Final <br /> Reconstruction Assessment RoB, Five Year Amortization. This roll is specific to <br /> those property owners being assessed an amount equal to or greater than $3,500 <br /> for eight (8) years. <br /> . <br />
