Approval of Minutes The Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the March 9,1998, Regular Council Meeting. 3. Consent Calendar a. Claims and Pavroll The Council is asked to approve claims in the amount of$59,340.21, and payroll for the period most recently ended. The Council should note payment to McCombs Frank Roos Associates, Inc. (MFRA) in the amount of$3,596.60 for Comprehensive Plan work; and Lakes Country Service Cooperative in the amount of$4,053.66 for April Health insurance. b. Res. #98-37. Stowe Avenue. MSAS The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #98-37, Establishing Stowe A venue as a Municipal State Aid Street Upon Turn Back from Ramsey County. The County has not yet turned back Stowe Avenue to the City. This resolution assumes that, upon turn back, the City will apply for it to be recognized as an Municipal State Aid street. c. Res. #98-38. Stowe Avenue, Parkin!! . The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #98-38. Designating "No Parking" Restrictions along Municipal State Aid Streets. 4. Unfinished and New Business a. Planning Cases 1. Case #98-05. Francis Husnik The Planning Commission is recommending approval of Case #98-05, Special Use Permit amendment, to construct a 900 square foot garage, subject to conditions. 2. Case #98-06. Scott Roberts The Planning Commission is recommending approval of Case #98-06, Site Plan for a 15,000 square foot office with a lot size variance (1.38 acres provided when 2.0 acres are required), and parking lot setback variances (20 feet from rights.of-way and 10 feet from property lines are provided, when 50 feet from rights-of-way and 20 feet from property lines are required, subject to conditions). .... ...
