Approval of Minutes <br /> The Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the March 9,1998, Regular Council <br /> Meeting. <br /> 3. Consent Calendar <br /> a. Claims and Pavroll <br /> The Council is asked to approve claims in the amount of$59,340.21, and payroll <br /> for the period most recently ended. The Council should note payment to <br /> McCombs Frank Roos Associates, Inc. (MFRA) in the amount of$3,596.60 for <br /> Comprehensive Plan work; and Lakes Country Service Cooperative in the amount <br /> of$4,053.66 for April Health insurance. <br /> b. Res. #98-37. Stowe Avenue. MSAS <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #98-37, Establishing Stowe <br /> A venue as a Municipal State Aid Street Upon Turn Back from Ramsey County. <br /> The County has not yet turned back Stowe Avenue to the City. This resolution <br /> assumes that, upon turn back, the City will apply for it to be recognized as an <br /> Municipal State Aid street. <br /> c. Res. #98-38. Stowe Avenue, Parkin!! . <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #98-38. Designating "No Parking" <br /> Restrictions along Municipal State Aid Streets. <br /> 4. Unfinished and New Business <br /> a. Planning Cases <br /> 1. Case #98-05. Francis Husnik <br /> The Planning Commission is recommending approval of Case #98-05, <br /> Special Use Permit amendment, to construct a 900 square foot garage, <br /> subject to conditions. <br /> 2. Case #98-06. Scott Roberts <br /> The Planning Commission is recommending approval of Case #98-06, Site <br /> Plan for a 15,000 square foot office with a lot size variance (1.38 acres <br /> provided when 2.0 acres are required), and parking lot setback variances <br /> (20 feet from rights.of-way and 10 feet from property lines are provided, <br /> when 50 feet from rights-of-way and 20 feet from property lines are <br /> required, subject to conditions). <br /> .... <br /> ... <br />
