At this <br /> juncture I have been requested to solicit comments from the local <br /> governments regarding the retrocession. <br /> Since it is the State of Minnesota that would accept the <br /> jurisdiction and the local governments' comments that are <br /> required to progress to eventual retrocession, it is requested <br /> that you furnish your comments to: <br /> Ms. Lesley L.
