<br />2/j <br /> <br /> <br />is abstract and a registered land survey if it is torrens and a <br />warranty deed setting forth the Exhibit I'A" legal description. <br />All other procedural requirements for a subdivision contained in <br />Chapter 22 of the Arden Hills Code were thus waived by the Clty. . <br />The Clerk-Administrator was authorized to stamp the deed or deeds <br />of conveyance upon submission thereof along with the appropriate <br />survey. <br /> <br />This Special Use Permit is issued not only subject to <br />permitteets compliance with the general conditions and documents <br />described hereinabove but also subject to all of the applicable <br />requirements of Ordinance No. 213, the City's Zoning Ordinance, <br />and applicable provisions of the Arden Hills Code of Ordinances <br />including specifically the Building Code portion thereof. <br /> <br />This Special Use Permit is also issued subject to the <br />fOllowing special conditions: <br /> <br />1. Permittee shall provide to the City proof that <br />the tower complies with all safety require- <br />ments for towers set forth in the Federal <br />Aviation Administration's rules and regula- <br />tions and the facilities permitted hereby have <br />been approved by the Federal Communications <br />Commission. <br /> <br />2. All access, vehicular and pedestrian, to the <br />development tract shall be from 14th Street <br />N.E.--i.e., the west side of the development <br />tract--and shall be by means of a single lane, <br />gravel surfaced access drive constructed from <br />the present terminus of 14th Street N.E. <br /> <br />3.
