Lastly, <br /> the City's GIS system contains a large amount of the base data (Exhibit A, page 2 of 5, Work <br /> Plan, Task 2) which should help reduce the cost, which seems in general to be a bit high. <br /> Budget Impact <br /> The request, if approved, would result in an unbudgeted capital expenditure of $4,770.00 for <br /> 1998. <br /> Recommendation <br /> The Business Development Committee recommends that the City Council authorize the <br /> expenditure of funds to produce an illustrative plan to assist in the revisiting of the vision for the <br /> Lexington/Fox area (Exhibit A). <br /> . <br /> e <br />
