CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-41 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE 1998 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of various City of Arden <br /> Hills streets, bids where received, opened, and tabulated according to law and the attached bids <br /> were received complying with the advertisement; and <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that T.A. Schifsky & Sons of North St. Paul, Minnesota is the lowest <br /> responsible bidder. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized and directed to enter into the <br /> attached contract with T.A. Schifsky & Sons Inc., as is approved by the City <br /> Attorney for the completion of the 1998 Street Improvement Project according to <br /> the approved plans and specifications designated by City Resolution. <br /> 2. The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all <br /> . bidders the deposits made with their bids upon execution of the contract above <br /> specified. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 27TH DAY OF APRIL, 1998. <br /> DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> BRIAN FRITSINGER, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> . <br />
