I I Whereas, the City Council of the City of New Brighton received a Feasibility Srudy on proposed i , Improvement Project 98.5, Stowe Avenue Street Reconstruction, and I i " I , Whereas. me City Council of me City of New Brighton has considered mis project to be feasible I .: and a needed improvemenr for Couslnlction in 1998. I '. Now, mere fore be il resolved, by me City Council oflbe City of New Brighcon, MiMesota: .. J. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed, I.e. i - - A. New Brighton will accept lhe turn back of the north half of Slowe Avenue, berween , New Brighton Road and Cleveland Avenue, from Ramsey County. i B. The New Brighcon (north half) and the Arden Hills (south half) of Stowe Avenue will ; i be reconstructed under a joint project with engineering and contract adminstration being i handled by lhe City of Arden Hills. I C. The cost of lhe reconstruction project shall be split 50/50 between the Cities of New I . , , " Brighton and Arden Hills. I t: ! " ': 2.
