It was his <br />understanding that Arden Hills and New Brighton have each passed <br />preliminary resolutions relating to the Ramsey County Turn-Back. <br />He stated that the Ramsey County Board would not be able to approve <br />the Turn-Back Agreement for approximately 4 to 6 weeks. He <br />. anticipated that each City would be receiving $50,000 in Turn~Back <br />funds. <br /> <br />Although the County has not formally approved the individual <br />Turn-Back Agreements, this particular segment of Stowe Avenue is on <br />the Turn-Back schedule and bonding has been approved. Obviously, <br />the County is interested in turning-back road segments as Boon as <br />it can be accomplished. <br /> <br />It was also his understanding that the City's Consulting <br />Engineer was in the process of obtaining the State Aid designation <br />for that portion of Stowe Avenue between Cleveland and New Brighton <br />Road. He did not think there would be a problem with this <br />particular designation.
