Ms. Russell is an Arden Hills resident who resides at 1182 <br /> Benton Way. She has attended the last two Public Safety Commission meetings and seems <br /> interested in the Commission activities. <br /> The Commission currently has seven members, five of which attend most meetings. <br /> Recommendation <br /> The City of Arden Hills, Public Works Director, recommends the City Council appoint <br /> .
