The position was posted and consideration given to those <br /> who expressed interest. <br /> Section 19-5 of Arden Hills Municipal Code states that the City Council shall make all <br /> appointments to municipal service. <br /> Rccommendation <br /> . Staff would recommend the City Council appoint Kevin Ringwald to the Assistant to the City <br /> Administrator position effective May 12, 1998.
