The position was <br /> posted and consideration given to those who expressed interest. <br /> Section 19-5 of Arden Hills Municipal Code states that the City Council shall make all <br /> appointments to municipal service. <br /> Recommendation <br /> . Staff would recommend the City Council appoint Cindy Walsh to the Community Development <br /> Director's position as restructured effective May 20, 1998.
