City Issues - Short Term <br /> a. Council Vacancy <br /> The Council is asked to review the applications for the vacant Council seat. The <br /> City Council should also discuss whether or not it intends to hold interviews or <br /> take action based on the information provided. <br /> b. 1999 Budget <br /> The City Council is asked to consider the preliminary 1999 - 2003 Capital <br /> . Improvement Plan, There have been some minor revisions to the 1999 portion of <br /> the plan, based on feedback from the Ci ty Council. Detailed spreadsheets for each <br /> department are enclosed in the packet. <br /> c. City Hall Un date <br /> Staff may have updated designs for Council review and consideration, The City <br /> Council may also wish to discuss some of the timing issues. <br /> 2. City Issues - Long Term <br /> a. Assessment Policy <br /> The Finance Committee would like to present its recommendations for changes to <br /> the Arden Hills Assessment Policy. <br /> b.
