It further directed staff to advertise this vacancy and expressed its <br /> desire to fill the vacancy for the unexpired term through December 31, 1998. <br /> The City advertised this vacancy and accepted applications through Thursday, June 11, 1998 at <br /> 4:30 p.m. The City received applications from the following individuals: <br /> . LoAnn Crepeau, 3517 Siems Court <br /> . Raymond Kreps, 1676 Chatham Avenue <br /> . . Gregg Larson, 3377 North Snelling Avenue <br /> . Lois Rem, 1670 Glenview Court <br /> . Ed Werner, 1758 Crystal Avenue <br /> . A.
