County Road E; 6 & 8 Pine Tree Drive, Arden Hills, MN . <br /> Dear Commissioners: <br /> We have been notified that our client's request to terminate the Special Use <br /> Permit Case No. 89-07 issued by the City of Arden Hills to Farmers Insurance Group <br /> is scheduled for the planning commission meeting tonight. We have also reviewed <br /> the Memorandum from Kevin Ringwald to the Commission, which meets with <br /> our approval and would like to add the following information: <br /> The Special Use Permit is filed as a memorial on the Certificate of Title to this <br /> property. In order to "clean up" the title on the property, we are requesting the <br /> . Ramsey County Examiner of Title to delete this memorial from the Certificate of <br /> Title. ' The Examiner has agreed to delete this memorial upon confirmation that the <br /> City of Arden Hills has terminated or revoked the Special Use Permit. <br /> We request your recommendation to revoke the above-referenced Special <br /> Use Permit at your meeting tonight.
