Among <br /> other information, the Plan shall contain a <br /> timetable of when the various stages of abatement <br /> will be completed, identification of the sub- <br /> contractors who will be performing the abatement, <br /> and other information reasonably requested by the <br /> City. In no event shall the completion of the <br /> abatement be scheduled for a date later than sixty <br /> (60) days from the date of Closing. Discussions <br /> with the City regarding exactly what will be <br /> required will be initiated as Soon after the <br /> Closing as reasonably practical. <br /> In order to secure Rekuski's performance hereunder, Rekusk'i <br /> agrees to escrow with Title Company the <br /> amount of $20,000. In the event Rekuski fails to comply with the <br /> terms of this Agreement or the Plan, the City, upon the submission <br /> to Title Company of a sworn affidavit stating <br /> . 3 <br />
