Approval of Minutes <br /> The City Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the August 31 and September 14, <br /> . 1998 Regular Council Meetings and the September 21, 1998 Council W orksession. <br /> 2. Consent Calendar <br /> a. Claims and Payroll <br /> The City Council is asked to approve vendor claims in the amount of <br /> $308,753.50, and payroll for period most recently ended. The Council should <br /> note payment to Welsh Development Corporation in the amount of$167,910 for <br /> soil corrections; MCES in the amount of $53,351,08 for October sewer charges; <br /> and Ramsey County in the amount of $51 ,364,24 for October law enforcement. <br /> b. Appointment of Election Judges to Serve at the General Election <br /> The City Council is asked to appoint the Election Judges to serve for the <br /> November 3, 1998 General Elcction, and authorize appointment of additional <br /> Judges as necessary. <br /> c. Finance Committee Appointment. Lois Rcm <br /> The City Council is asked to consider the appointment of Lois Rem, 1670 <br /> Glenview Court, to the City's Finance Committee for the remainder of 1998. <br /> . <br />
