Associates is capable of cost effectively uniting these disciplines into succcssfuL effective, meeting and presentation facilities and systems. On an ongoing basis we explore new and cvolving tcchnologics and apply them to project designs whenever feasible, striving towards sensitivcly planned state-of-the-art image and sound, production and/or presentation systems. Always working toward a balance between practical and thought provoking design, we bring with us creativity and adaptability...qualities which we believe are critical to the development of ncw and pleasingly diffcrent facilities. J&A strives to work collahorative!y and effectively with each of our client Counties and Cities and their designated design teams. We will be particularity attcntive to the City of Arden Hills' requested capabilities and goals for the City Hall facility. Working closely with designated City representatives and the Architect, we will endeavor to assure that the final project results are what the City really desires to meet its requirements. As independent audiovisual and acoustic/council chamber consultants and designers, we believe our unique past expcrience assures objectivity and will provide the City of Arden Hills with the highest quality systems design, specification and final equipment installations available within Arden Hills' budgeted requircments. DESIGN AND SPECIFIC A nON "GOALS" FOR THE A UDIO AND VIDEO PUBLIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS: . . To provide design and specification services that when completed will support the audio, video and electronic systcms cxpectations of the City Government and users of this facility. . To maximize communication visl/ally via integrated intcrior video and/or multimedia/graphics display systems as well as cable broadcast system interconnects. . To increasc communication al/rally via sound system designs to provide assisted listening capability (ADA). . To provide recommendations for the architectural integration of video systems to mcct thc City of Arden I-!ills desired visual guidelines. . To provide the most effective audio and video Public Information Systems designs for the City of Arden Hills' within agreed upon budget guidelines. . To provide designs, spccifications and guidance to help the City of Arden Hills competitively or on a negotiated basis ohtain its hardware and installation services as cost effectively as possiblc. . To provide AN system designs that we believe can be functional for a life span of 7 to 10 years and to provide cunent industry standard system interconnects. . ~ -
