CONSULTATION AND DESIGN FEES Jamieson and Associates fees are computed on an hourly and out-of-pocket cost basis according to our Standard Fee Schedule dated 7-01-98, attached. Therefore, the project fee is related directly to the degree of involvement (time) spent in the following areas: . Consulting and design time . Meeting and travel time . Specification writing and development of applicable drawings . Purchase guidance . On-site inspection . Systems checkout . Staff training Jamieson and Associates, inc. provides the results of its work in written memos and reports, dialogue and aural presentations, and informal phone and in-person discussions as appropriate. Based on our preliminary discussions and our current understanding of the project's scope, Jamieson . and Associates consulting and design fees to perform the work as outlined above are as follows: PHASE I - INITIAL PLANNING AND BUDGET DEVELOPMENT: Phase I Professional Services: $4,500 to $5,500, plus applicable taxes and out-of-pocket expenses. PHASE II - AUDIO SYSTEMS DESIGN DEVELOPMENT THROUGH TO FINAL TEST AND TRAINING: Phase 11 Professional Services: A/V Blldeet Percelltaf!e Fee $75K to $149K 15%' $150K to $249K 14%' $250K plus 13%' 'Plus applicable taxes and out-of-pocket expenses.
