DisclISsion Items <br /> a. Communications <br /> 1. Recreation Guide Desi~n Changes <br /> The City Council is asked to provide comment on proposed design <br /> changes to the Arden Hills Recreation Guide. <br /> 2. Arden Hill, Note,. City Newsletter Discussion <br />. The Council has requested time to discuss the current status of the Arden <br /> Hills Notes City Newsletter and the Newsletter Committee. <br /> b. Maintenance Facility Committee Recommendatious <br /> Representatives from the Finance Committee and Public Safety Commission will <br /> be present to discuss recommendations that came out ofajoint meeting between <br /> the two committees on October 15'h regarding a new maintenance facility. <br /> c. Puhlic Safety Commission, Emergency Preparedness Plan <br /> The Public Safety Commission Chairperson, John Tholen, and staff would like to <br /> review the draft Emergency Preparedness Plan with the City Council. The <br /> Council is asked to provide feedback on the Plan. <br /> d. Nae~ele/Gateway Busiuess District (GBD) Development <br /> The City Council will be presented with information related to the development of <br /> the remainder of the Gateway area and how this development may affect the <br /> resulting design of Round Lake Road. Specifically, the Council is being asked to <br /> reaffirm its previous direction and philosophy of development in the Gateway <br /> area. <br />. BF/sls <br />
