<br /> -- <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> 4364 WEST ROUND LAKE ROAD . <br /> ARDEN HILLS, MN 55112-5794 <br />October 21, 1998 <br />RE: Informational meeting on proposed reconstmction of West Round Lake Road <br />Dear Arden Hills Property Owner, <br />The City of Arden Hills is considering making improvements to West Round Lake Road <br />from Highway 96 south approximately one halfmile to the Gateway Boulevard <br />intersection. Those improvements being considered are road widening with turn lanes to <br />access business properties, concrete curb & gutter with stonn sewer, water main, <br />landscaping and lighting. In addition, the Highway 96/West Round Lake Road intersection <br />will be relocated approximately 500 feet east and traffic signals installed at the new <br />intersection. <br />The purpose of this letter is to infonn you of an informational meeting with the City <br />Engineer and staff on the proposed improvement. The purpose of the meeting is to solicit <br />comments and inpllt on the proposed improvements and its design. <br /> . <br /> INFORMATIONAL MFFTIN(; <br /> Date: Thursday, October 29,1998 <br /> Time: 2:00 p.m. <br /> Place: Arden Hills City Hall <br /> Location: 4364 West Round Lake Road <br />If the City Council elects to proceed with the improvements, a portion of the costs for the <br />improvements will be assessed to benefitting property owners.
