The
motion carried unanimously (5-0).
APPROVE MINUTES
Councilmember Keim noted on page five, third paragraph from the bottom, the last line is
incorrect. As she understands it, the distribution line will not be used by Arden Hills, not even
for backup. She recommended the sentence be stricken.
COllllcilmember Malone stated that although the Council member's comment is incorrect, the
statement was made during the meeting.
Councilmember Keim stated she specifically asked the question and was told Arden Hills will
not be serviced by the distribution line. Mr. Fritsinger noted it was later in the discussion that the
Council was told the line would not be used. At this point in the discussion, the NSP
representative was suggesting that if other lines went out, this line would be available for backup.
Mayor Probst asked if the sentence should remain or be stricken. Councilmember Keim
indicated if the statement was made it could remain, but she felt the statement was incorrect.
. Councilmember Malone suggested since the statement is wrong it should be stricken. The
Council agreed.
