Commissioner Sand moved, seconded by Commissioner Nelson to approve the <br /> September 2, 1998, minutes. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> PLANNING CASE #98-24 - CSM CORPORATION (OYNAMARK) - 4295 LEXINGTON <br /> AVENUE - STTF PLAN REVIF:W - PUBLIC HEARING <br /> Chair Erickson confirmed that the Planning Case was announced in the September 23,1998 <br /> publication of the Bulletin. He then opened the public hearing at 7:37 p.m. <br /> Ms. Randall explained that the petitioner is requesting approval of a site plan to facilitate the <br /> construction ofa two story, 50,400 square foot, office building on a 10.52 acre site zoned 1-1 <br /> Limited Industrial. She noted that the staffreport indicated 49,826 square feet but it has since <br /> been slightly increased to 50,400 square feet. This change does not affect the required parking <br /> and landscaped areas. <br /> The property has one existing building. The applicant is proposing to add a two story building <br /> attached to the existing two story building, to serve as the headquarters for DynaMark. The <br /> development would use the existing drive between the two existing DynaMark buildings to the <br /> south, creating a curved drive entrance with additional parking in the back. The building meets <br /> all setback requirements and was approved by the Rice Creek Watershed District for the draining <br /> site plan. The petitioner is requesting signage which does meet the Zoning Ordinance. Staff has <br /> . determined that the applicant may have one, 100 square foot sign, per side, that fronts a public or <br /> private road. <br /> Ms. Randall advised that the Staff recommends approval of Planning Case #98-24, Site Plan for <br /> a 50,400 square foot office building, subject to the following conditions: <br />
