I-35W Corridor Coalition Update <br /> The Administrator for the I-35W Corridor Coalition, Joseph Strauss, will be in <br /> attendance to present an update on the activities of the Coalition. <br /> b. Truth In Taxation (TNT) Preview <br /> Staff wi II have available some of the prelimina.y TNT presentation materials, and <br /> will be looking for any feedback from the Council on the information included. <br /> . c. Maintenance Facility Discussion <br /> The City Council had previously directed staff to place this item on the <br /> Worksession for discussion. The Council and committee members have received <br /> copies of the reports produced in 1991192 related to the facility needs. <br /> d. Town Hall Meetine, Preliminary Plannine <br /> Staff would like some direction on some of the activities that need to be put <br /> together for the 1999 Town Hall meeting. <br /> e. Community Development Director Position/Oreanizational Upclate <br /> Staff will present various options available to the City related to the re-filling of <br /> the vacant Community Development Director position, and how these options <br /> affect the rest of the organization. <br /> BF/sls <br /> .
