<br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> . COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-68 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> A FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE CONTRACT <br /> WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has reviewed the terms of the proposed Fire <br /> Protection Service Contract with the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed contract adequately addresses the concerns <br /> of the City of Arden Hills; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota, that the City Council hereby approves the proposed Fire Protection Service Contract <br /> with the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department and authorizes the Mayor and City <br /> Administrator to execute such contract on behalf of the City of Arden Hills. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution shall be attached to such contract. <br /> . PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 30'.
