The <br /> overall cost of this option was brought down by $4,000, from $25,000 to $21,000, Although <br /> Staff would prefer to purchase the copier, they feel comfortable with leasing it for the time being, <br /> Mayor Probst asked how long the lease will be. Mr. Fritsinger stated the lease will be for three <br /> years, <br /> Mr. Fritsinger stated he will be meeting with Bethel College on November 10, 1998 to discuss <br /> the potential development of the park area, <br /> COUNCn, COMMRNTS <br /> Councilmember Malone noted the Planning Commission has suggested renaming TCAAP and <br /> one new name which was suggested is Marsden Preserve, <br /> Councilmember Aplikowski stated she discovered her home is the only one within Arden Hills <br /> which failed the water test. She indicated that she would like to schedule are-test. <br /> Councilmember Aplikowski asked ifit would be possible to install lighting at the entrance to the <br /> Council Chambers, Mr. Fritsinger stated this issue has been discussed by others and, because the . <br /> entire roadway is very dark, lights would be beneficial if added all along it. <br /> Mayor Probst pointed out that some of the other businesses have lighted signs which help. Mr. <br /> Fritsinger indicated there has been a public request to install a lighted sign at the entrance of the <br /> driveway. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Aplikowski moved and Councilmember Malone seconded a <br /> motion to adjourn the meeting at 11 :05 p,m, The motion carried unanimously (5- <br /> 0). <br /> Dennis Probst Brian Fritsinger <br />.'
