JUSTIFICATION <br /> The improvement of the bridge is necessary as part of increased traffic levels being experienced on <br /> Highway 96. The project also will benefit future development in TCAAP and the Gateway Business <br /> District. <br /> CURRENTSTATUS~ROJECTEDSCHEDULE <br /> Project is pending, based on the delays in the reconstruction of Highway 96, but is expected in 2000 <br /> or 2001. <br /> RELATIONSHIP TO EXISTING PLANS AND OTHER PROGRAMS <br /> Ramsey County Highway 96 improvements and the realigrnnent of West Round Lake Road. <br /> The City entered into a three-year lease agreement with Xerox that expires on December 31, 2001. <br /> The leased equipment is a digital copier, <br />. <br />
