JUSTIFICATION <br /> The fencing around the ballfield can be re-used, but needs fixing, The tennis court is in extremely <br /> poor condition and unusable, The residents of the mobile home park would use a full-size basketball <br /> court more than a tennis court. Moving the play structure location ensures a dryer surface area. <br /> CURRENTSTATUS~ROJECTEDSCHEDULE <br /> . In poor condition now, some parts are unusable. <br /> .
