<br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1999 BUDGET
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has prepared an annual budget and the City Council has met
<br /> several times for the purpose of discussing the 1999 budget; and
<br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 275, Section 065 of Minnesota Statutes requires that the City hold a public
<br /> hearing to adopt a budget; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a Truth in Taxation public hearing on December 7,1998 to
<br /> discuss the 1999 budget and has concluded the budget as prepared is appropriate as adjusted for
<br /> the inclusion of a contracted part-time Building Inspector.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
<br /> Minnesota, that the attached 1999 budget be adopted and approved:
