Variance (Side Yard Setback) <br /> The City Council is asked to approve Case #98-29, side yard setback <br /> variance (5 feet in lieu of the proposed 4 feet, 6 inches), for a porch that is <br /> to be left open, as recommended by the Planning Commission. <br /> 2. Case #98-32. Cardiac Pacemakers. Inc.. 4100 Hamline Avenne. Site <br /> ~ <br /> The City Council is asked to approve Case #98-32, Site plan, subject to <br /> the provision of sediment and erosion control measures adjacent to the <br /> affected area for development, as recommended by the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 3. Case #98-31. City of Arden Hills. Zoning Code Amendment <br /> The City Council is asked to approve Case #98-31, Ordinance <br /> Amendment, based on the modified language to Section V, k, 4, a, (5) (b) . <br /> as recommended by the Planning Commission. <br />
