<br />Ramsey County Roadway Participation is estimated at $238,600.00, This is based on
<br />participatIOn (j:y70% 01 roadway Items (not mcludmg curb and gutter, walks, tencmg), this
<br />participation does include approximately 70% of$15,000,OO for the installation ofa signal
<br />control cabinet.

<br />Ramsey County Storm Sewer Participation is estimated at $165,600,00, This is based on
<br />participation @ 75% of general pond items (clearing, grading, seeding) and 100%' of 900mm
<br />pipe and associated structures,

<br />Engineering Fees:
<br />Total estimated engineering related fees are approximately $152,500,00, This, total is based upon
<br />total estimated BRW fees of$147,354,OO (through construction) and American Engineering and
<br />Testing fees of approximately $5,000,00 (through construction), Fees for BRW are based upon a
<br />construction cost of $776,240,00. Actual fees will be based upon the average of the low three
<br />bids per our standard contract.
