Indykiewicz Property Acquisition <br />The Authority is asked to consider the acquisition of the full (6,8 acre) <br />Indykiewicz site by authorizing the City Attorney to prepare a Purchase <br />Agreement for the various parcels and authorizing staff to hire a consultant to <br />conduct a Phase 1 Environmental Analysis of the property, <br />
