Parks Maintenance Worker <br />The City Council is asked to approve the probationary appointment of Scott <br />Freyberger to the vacant Parks Maintenance Worker position, <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Internal Revenue Service aRS) Mileal:e <br />The City Council is asked to approve the 1999 mileage reimbursement rate of 31 <br />cents per mile, as permitted by the IRS, and further direct the City Administrator <br />to adjust this rate on an annual basis subject to the determination of the IRS. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />3. Appointments for 1999 <br />The City Council is asked to approve a number of appointments for 1999, These <br />include the appointment of Council member Beverly Aplikowski as Acting Mayor; <br />professional consultants; and other required appointments, <br /> <br />b. Appointment of Planning Commission Members <br />The City Council is asked to appoint the Planning Commission for 1999, There <br />are no proposed changes from 1998. <br /> <br />c. Res. 99-05. 1999 Pay Plan <br />The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #99-05, "IdentifYing the 1999 <br />Employee Pay Plan," This includes the monthly insurance contribution and salary <br />ranges. <br /> <br />. <br />
