Pot 0' Gold Bingo The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #99-06, "Approving Bingo Hall License Renewal Application, Pot 0' Gold Bingo." 4. Department Report The City Council will find the department report enclosed for each of the various City Departments. Activities related to the Administration and Finance Departments include: General Administration Miscellaneous items worked on during December included: . Reviewed and updated the 1999 Fee Schedule . Prepared 1999 meeting calendar for Council approval . Councilmember Keirn recognition . Animal Control Contract renewal . Prepared annual appointments (Official Newspaper, Corporate and organizational appointments) . Employee recognition . Y2K Compliance I have begun reviewing information provided by the League of Minnesota Cities (LMC) that provides additional insight as to what issues of concern City's should have with Y2K. I would expect to provide the City Council with an update on our efforts at the January or February Worksession. . License Renewals Staff has prepared and sent 1999 license renewals to all liquor, business, rubbish Haulers who were licensed in Arden Hills in 1998. City staifis in the process of streamlining this process between several departments. We hope that for the year 2000 renewals, our existing computer system and database can be better utilized to coordinate the effort. . Insurance The City completed the annual review of its Liability and Workers Compensation insurance. In addition, the City received a dividend for Property/Casualty insurance from the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT) based on the City's 1998 experience rating.
