No. 147 regarding <br />the use of devices providing for stability, such as <br />anchors and tie-down., and the manner of installation <br />thereof, and the use of such devices shall be at the <br />option of each owner of a mobile home in the mobile <br />home court; provided, however, that in the event any <br />such owner decides boutilize such devices, he shall <br />install the same at his own expense and in accordance <br />with the prescribed methods of installation set forth <br />in the rules and requlations of the Building Code <br />Division of the State Department of Administration. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />received <br />The storage area, as depicted on the Landscape Plan dated/May2'2.., <br />1975, and submitted May '22, 1975 to the city Planner and approved <br />by the City Council as of the date hereof, shall not be used either <br />for the storage of mobile homes or the saie of mobile homes, but <br />instead shall be used exclusively for the storage of trailers, <br />campers, snowmobiles, boats, and other similar items of personal <br />property owned by the owners of mobile homes located in the mobile <br />home court.. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Permitee may locate and "set up"on lots throughout the mobile <br />home court unoccupied mobile homes for the purpose of sale, but . <br />any such unoccupied mobile home need not be connected to utilities <br />or tied down prior to occupancy. No such unoccupied mobile home, <br />being offered for sale on any lot in the mobile home court, shall <br />be occupied for residential purposes except in the following manner <br />and sequences: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />occupancy of mobile homes on the first 53 lots, which lots <br />Permitee may continue to complete and which homes permitee <br />may continue to sell, shall be permitted only after said <br />first 53 mobile homes and lots have been first inspected <br />and approved by the proper City officials, the required <br />location fees have been paid, and location and occupancy <br />permits have been issued by the City.. <br /> <br />Occupancy of mobile homes on the next 47. lots shall not be <br />allowed until all streets have been completed (i.e., curbs <br />installed and roadways paved), sewers have been installed <br />and approved by the City Engineer, water has been installed <br />and approved by the City Engineer at the require9 pressure, <br />and ~~un~Building has been satisfactorily completed. <br /> <br />Upon comPlet~n of the next 47 lots in the manner required <br />by Paragraph III. B. hereinabove, Permitee may sell and allow <br />to be occupied mobile homes on said next 47 lots provided <br />said homes and said lots have been first inspected and <br />approved by the proper city officials, the required location <br />fees have been paid, and location and occupancy permits have <br />been issued. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Occupancy of the remaining 100 lots in the balance of the <br />mobile home court shall not be pe~.
