Upon permitee's satisfactory completion of the items of <br />work specified in Paragraph III. D. hereinabove, Permitee <br />may sell and allow to be occupied the mobile homes on the <br />remaining 100 lots provided said homes and said lots have <br />been first inspected and approved by, the proper City <br />officials, the required location fees have been paid and <br />location and occupancy permits have been ~ssued. <br />F. C'osts of anI)' re-lnspectJons wf:.11 be bOrn by dewlope'r. <br />IV. <br /> <br />In addition to the foregoing variances and conditions, this <br />Permit and Permitee's development shall be subject to the follow- <br />ing condi tions-: <br /> <br />A. permitee's Mobile Home Court shall be annually reviewed to <br />determine its compliance with all of the conditions and <br />requirements set forth in this Amended Special Use Permit. <br /> <br />B. Permitee's Mobile Home Court lease agreement shall be <br />amended and filed with the City Attorney to provide <br />implementation of items listed in Amended Special Use <br />Permit and Ordinance No. 147~ <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Mobile Home Park construction shall be completed within <br />two years of the issuance of this. Amended Special Use <br />Permit~ <br /> <br />Location permits shall be issued for wood-sided mobile <br />homes only. <br /> <br />E. Roads shall be properly maintained and kept in repair by <br />Permitee at all times. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />F~ Permitee shall comply with recommendations of City Planner <br />as set out in approved Landscape Plan dated\May 22, 1975. <br />received <br />G. permitee shall keep in full force and effect the Performance <br />Bond now in effect. <br /> <br />H. Permitee shall notify the Clerk~Administrator in writing, <br />within 10 days, of all mobile homes that become unoccupied <br />setting forth the date vacated, the address and name of the <br />former occupant~ this notification shall not apply to those <br />unoccupied homes described in Paragraph III. above. <br /> <br />I.
