Approval of Minutes <br />The City Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the January 25, 1999 Regular <br />Council Meeting. <br /> <br />2. Consent Calendar <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Claims and Payroll <br />The City Council is asked to approve vendor claims in the amount of <br />$129,659.08, and payroll for period most recently ended. The Council should <br />note payment to Jay Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $21,420.41 for Lift Station <br />Pay Estimate #1; to BRW, Inc. in the amount of$29,547.16 for January <br />engineering services; to Architectural Alliance in the amount of$9,823.74 for <br />professional services; and to Ray Anderson & Sons in the amount of $11,700 for <br />the demolition of Old City HalL <br /> <br />b. Regular Emplovee Status. Nancy Randall <br />The City Council is asked to approve the appointment of Ms. Randall as a regular <br />full-time employee with the City of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />c. 1999 Business License Renewals <br />The City Council is asked to approve the renewal of additional 1999 Business <br />Licenses, and direct staff to send reminder notices to each of the businesses who <br />have not yet obtained their 1999 licenses. <br /> <br />d. Briarknoll Drive. Stop Signs <br />The Public Safety Commission recommends the placement of a stop sign at the <br />southeast comer of Norma Avenue and Briarknoll Drive, as well as the removal of <br />a stop sign on Briarknoll Drive and North Snelling Avenue. <br />
