Bethel Park Project Concevt Plan <br />Craig Hjelle, Director of Physical Plant, Bethel College, and Jay Pomeroy, Project <br />Architect, will be present to address the City Council and present the Concept <br />Piau [UI Ih" proposed Selbel Pm project. The Parks and Recreation <br />Commission, at their January 7, 1999 meeting, recommends that the City Council <br />proceed with the exploration of the possibilities for ajoint project with Bethel <br />College, and that neighborhood meetings be held in order to obtain additional <br />input. <br /> <br />The City Council is asked to direct City staff to work with Bethel on site planning <br />issues and for the Parks and Recreation Commission to hold neighborhood <br />meetings to gather input regarding the proposed concept plan. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Res. #99-09. Approvinl!" an Application for One-Day Off-Site Gambling <br />The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #99-09 entitled, "Approving an <br />Application for Authorization to Conduct One-Day, Off-Site Gambling." This <br />action would allow the Circle PineslLexington Lions Club to hold a one day event <br />at the Arden Hills Holiday Inn. The City approved a similar event in 1998. <br /> <br />c. Ord. #312. Overnight parkinv <br />The City Council is asked to adopt Ordinance #312 relating to parking <br />regulations.
