Bethel Park <br />Staff presented the concept proposal for the park project to the City <br />Council at its February 8, 1999 meeting. With the City Council direction <br />to proceed, staff has now begun working with Bethel College to develop <br />the process which will be used for the development of plans and review of <br />the project. Staff has also met with Ramsey County officials to discuss <br />potential changes to Old Snelling Avenue which would address both <br />pedestrian and vehicular traffic safety issues in this area <br /> <br />. Arden Manor Park <br />Staff has worked with the City Engineer to revise the concept plan for the <br />redevelopment of Arden Manor Park.
